Caroline has been working in customer facing roles for over 7 years. Before landing her Franchise Development Sales role at The Scout Guide, Caroline worked in Account Management and Sales for a publicly traded IT Staffing and Consulting firm. While studying at The University of Virginia, she worked for the Career Center to help build out their Virginia Alumni Mentoring (VAM) platform while also assisting students in finding their dream roles post graduation. On the side, Caroline runs her own business where she focuses on helping young women get organized in both their personal and professional lives. Within each of these roles, Caroline has strengthened her intentional sales tactics while gaining invaluable skills in different industries. In addition to these endeavors, Caroline brings a strong understanding of social media and digital literacy to each project she takes on. Through her own personal platforms, her branding and consistency have continuously shown through to help quickly scale her following. After years of being a mentor to eager young entrepreneurs, Caroline is excited to bring these tangible skills to life with Chateaux.
